Dali from the portfolio Two Farragos. The image is of a knight on horse, triumphant in battle. Unsigned
and from the cancelled plate. This is catalogued as 88 in Michler and Lopsinger, Dali: Catalogue Raisonne of Etchings
and Mixed Media Prints, 1994.
The first printing in 1963 included 99 signed and numbered impressions
on various papers and inks. This impression, from late 1970s, was for the Collector's Guild. The
number of impressions in this second edition is not stated in Michler and Lopsinger's catalogue. Second editions can
also be called restrikes.
